This rare 1910s "Peachey" vertical litho hinged pocket tobacco tin, measuring 4 1/8" x 7/8" x 2 1/2", is in near mint condition with no rust or dents and a few very small paint chips. The hinge is in excellent working order. The original high gloss finish remains . There is a striker on the bottom. This very attractive bright yellow tin with red and green lettering features a image of a succulent red peach on a vine. The tobacco was manufactured by the Sco...tten Dillon. Company, Detroit, MI. in Factory 1, 1st District, MI. Peachy tobacco was a "burly chew with a citrusy essence" . Its's slogan was "Fresh Pickled Taste".
