Up for auction is a great old cdv photo album having pictures being mostly from the South. Backmarks show them to be from Tennessee, at least one from New Orleans, Mississippi, and one from Kentucky. I only removed a few to look at the backs, as most were too hard to remove and I didn't want to damage the album/pictures. There is a cdv of Tom Thumb, a tintype of young boy soldier, and various portraits of individ...uals. I noted the name "Hough" on a couple of the images, and tax revenue stamps. There is also an interesting KKK Card for the Robert E. Lee Klan in Roanoke Virginia. which has the lyrics of "The Old Rugged Cross" on the back. It was found within the pages of the album as well, but not inserted in a slot. The album itself is complete, with both leather covers and spine being intact. Many of the interior pages have pulled away from the spine, but the metal cover clasps are intact and hold the collection together. No value should be placed on the album itself due to condition.
