HELLO .... thanks for looking . PLEASE NOTE ............ this item is selling AS-IS ....... i will describe it to the best of my ability , but nearly every item i sell is from 50 to 100 years old and will show some sign of wear.. THIS LISTING ........ i got these at an estate auction near Indianapolis a few months ago ( before the trump virus )....... there are no chips or cracks on either of these seafood plates each one measures ..... 9 inches across and the gold ribbons and ...vegetables are raised up in relief ....... the gold is strong as these were little of never used ...... i would guess then to be from the late 1800 time frame ....... each has a perfect and round foot on the bottom ...... kind of a "wavy" rim ....... numbers on the back as well as a blurred blue or lavender makers mark on each one ....... i tried to get pictures of the mark ..... but it was not possible . remember that you get both of these seafood plates ..... nice for a collection ...... or as a rare gift for a birthday or wedding ....... thanks for taking the time to look ...... i have not been listing much for awhile .. . we USUALLY have around 500 antique , odd , unusual & collectible items listed in our.....
