LARGE SUPERB Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Ewer Jug Cup Transitional 16th C 

The listing is for a very collectable large size Chinese blue and white ewer.With ovoid body and C-shaped handle, painted in vibrant blue tones with a landscape scene within two bands enclosing stylised flowers and leaves, the neck with further flowers. Dating transitional period, 17th Century, Qing Dynasty.

good overall condition, a short hairline to top rim, glaze losses to top rim and handle. handle possibly reattached. base with a firing crack during manufacture (from kiln), see pictures for full details.
