KIRK SILVER RAM HEAD COFFEE POT c1880 - 36 OUNCES
A large and very fine c1880 Kirk silver (916 pure) ram's head coffee pot.
Classic slender bottle form with all over hand carved leaf and floral
in exceptionally high above the satin surface background.
Side mount cover retains the original bent leaf anf flower finial
and
the original hand cut fastener below.
Leaf wrap spout.
Bold cast ram's head angular leaf... and flower highlight handle,
original heat stops.
Buyers must obey state law on buying items with bits of material from endangered species.
Script EHW (?) monogram.
