Vintage U.S. Military Footlocker(included shelf) · Up for auction is this amazing piece of history we can never get back.Above you can see all of specifications of Mr. Kuhn’s rank during his time inthe military. The footlocker has a dark green/black finish with golden colorlocks that go around it and a leather strap in the front (see photos above fordeta...ils).· The size of this trunk is, 31” long, 12” high and 17” wide. · Included in this is a uniform 4 shirts 2 pants, towels, Gloves, Undershirts, belts , ties, patches and much more (seeabove for photos). I have asked my father n law whom is also a veteran and hetold me it bought back a lot of memories. This footlocker is dated back to the early 60’s. With a little research Mr Kuhn served our country during the "cold war" and not sure if he later went to Vietnam. Also as stated on the footlocker is 3rd ACR and Armor School at Fort Knox
· There is a little rust here and there and the one latch nail is outand the lock does not work (key is missing) assuming the previous owner just poppedthe lock and took it off the bottom hinge (photos of these defaults are alsoincluded)· I acquired this at a auction thinking this was a trunk for myselfto decorate for my own house, little did I know that this particular item hadmore sentimental value for me to just use it as a (coffee table). With respectI am putting this up for auction for someone who understands the history andvalue.
