A wonderful antique purse...from the early 1910's to 30's...the fabric is a tapestry with figures along with a roses in a floral motif...the frame is an Art Deco style with red enamel, faux pearls and marcasites...the original silk lining is in fair condition with soiling along the top...the label inside is from D. Balazs San Francisco...the tapestry is in fair condition with wear and a couple of tiny holes and needs a few stitches where it has come apart from the frame...the frame is ...in good condition...the bag itself measures about 7 1/2" wide by 6" long and is about 11 1/2" long with the chain...such a gorgeous work of art to use or to add to any collection!
