ANTHURIUM VILLENAORUM, RARE Species, Triangular Petiole, Aroid Plant
Item History & Price
Reference Number: Avaluer:8203369 |
Anthurium villenaorum is native to Peru at elevations of 1500-2500 feet, a very rough estimate based on limited information. This species seems to prefer warm conditions and grows well in my greenhouse at temperatures that can reach the low to mid-90's during the summer and the low 50-s during the winter. I grow this species in a potting mix that holds moisture but also provides good drainage. To this point, I've been using loosely packed sphagnum moss with good results.
Anthurium villenaorum is still rare in cultivation and not offered commonly for sale on eBay. You are bidding on the plant in the third and fourth photos, a healthy seed-grown plant in a 2.75" pot.***Shipments to addresses outside the United States are at the buyer's risk.
