Like new. This is a laminated map with dry erase pen capabilities. So you can draw on this map with a dry eraser pen and wipe it away so the map looks like new. This map does not come with dry erase markers.
I was looking for rips or tears but cannot find any. This set has a USA map with Hawaii and Alaska in the corners and a World map with the world flags surrounding it.
There is a steel frame on the top that the maps are attached to. once you pull down the 2 maps, y...ou can flip over the US Map to reveal the world map.
The dimensions for this map are 60" tall and 69" inches wide. There is a large white space above the map so the 60" measurement could be as short at 56" to see the whole map (see pics)
