Up for auction is this rare little sugar bowl and lid that was made at the Auman shop in Seagrove, circa 1920's. It's not signed, but was almost certainly part of their Clay Crafter's line. Many of those items, like this one, had simple, clear lead glazes on them. This piece was probably made by Charlie Auman himself, or possibly by his brother, Cecil. It stands 3" tall by 4" in diameter, and condition is excellent. I can't ever recall seeing one of these that still had the original li...d with it. Pot ships USPS 1st Class Mail.
