THE MOUNTS ARE OF BRASS WITH LEATHER AND BRASS WIRE BOUND GRIP. BLADE IS VERY WIDE WITH LARGE FULLER, ENGRAVED ON BOTH SIDES WITH WRITING AND ROYAL SYMBOLS, SHOWS TRACES OF GILDING. CONDITION IS FAIR WITH AGE WEAR AND PATINA, BLADE AND HILT ARE TIGHT. LIKELY 1700s USED THROUGH AMERICAN REVOLUTION.
