1. William Brandon would be a Lieutenant in the 1st NC Regiment under Captain George Davidson from 1775 to 1777. From 1778 to 1781, he would serve as a private in the Rowan NC Militia. Brandon signed as a witness.
2. Alexander Erwin signed on the lower right side and would serve as a captain in the Burke County NC Regiment from 1780-83 and saw action at Cane Creek and Kings Mountain.
3. John Potts served in the Tryon County Regiment of NC in 1777 as a Private under Captain Robert Porter and Col. William Graham - and was likely taken prisoner by Col. Banastre Tarleton and was never heard from again.
4. John Cathey May? (Not sure) May be the John Cathey who served in a South Carolina Unit and was captured at Camden and died in prison in Charleston SC
